Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and mailing address; your answers to our qualification quiz; and the details you provide when booking an appointment.

Credit information (only with your consent): if you book an interview and tick the consent box, we use a third-party credit reporting service to obtain a credit score and related status for you. This is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. We use it only to assess program and financing fit.

Information collected automatically: device and browser details, pages viewed, video viewing progress, referring links and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), collected with cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

• To give you access to the free training and schedule your call.
• To review your quiz answers and determine program fit.
• To contact you by phone, email and text message about your application and appointment.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders and messages about our program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM, scheduling, messaging, website hosting and credit reporting providers, under obligations to protect it.
• Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which receive website activity and hashed contact details to measure and improve our ads.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to understand how people find and use our site. You can limit ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing callherclosed@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
